Allen is an attorney - mediator with a practice that focuses on labor and employment law including suits under federal and state laws relating to employment issues, labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and federal agencies.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience
Mr. Bulter is an American Arbitration Association mediator, arbitrator,
and member of the American Arbitration Association Southwest Advisory
Council from 1972-92. He mediated and arbitrated several hundred cases
predominantly in labor and employment law, including state and federal
discrimination claims, ERISA claims, wrongful discharge, covenants not
to compete, and related tort claims.

Professional Experience
Serves on panel of Northern District of Texas for appointment to represent indigent criminal defendants.
He is experienced in all areas of Labor and Employment Law, including
suits under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, the
Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment
Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Fair Labor Standards
Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.
He has represented clients in all of the federal district courts in the state of Texas and the northern district of Oklahoma.
Mr. Butler has represented clients in class action litigation in state and federal courts in Texas and Mississippi.
Has represented numerous clients in labor arbitrations and in
administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state and
federal agencies.
Formerly an adjunct professor of law at Texas Wesleyan University
School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. Taught a survey course in labor and
employment law and employment discrimination.
Has been a frequent lecturer on various topics involving labor and
employment law and has published several articles dealing with issues
arising under federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
